Process
High-risk underwriting you can follow, step by step.
No black boxes. You send a file, a human reads it, and every step after that is written down. This is the process exactly as our underwriters run it.
Process
From first file to first settlement
01The file
Day 0-2You describe the business and send the documents: corporate records, processing history, product or service details, and the vertical-specific licenses listed on your industry page.
- Business model in one page: what you sell, to whom, at what price
- Processing history from your current or previous gateway
- Corporate documents: registration, shareholders, bank details
- Vertical licenses or proof that the application is in progress
02The analysis
Day 1-5An underwriter reads the file against the standards of the acquirers we work with. The funnel, the policies and the numbers are checked before any bank sees the file.
- Chargeback and refund history, dispute ratios by month
- Website and checkout review: disclosures, terms, delivery promises
- Volume reality check: what the numbers say about the model
- Risk structuring: reserve, caps and rolling limits that fit
03The offer
Day 3-7You receive the terms in writing: rates, reserve structure, payout schedule and limits. You compare them against what you pay today, then you decide.
- Processing rates by card type and region
- Reserve type, percentage and release schedule
- Monthly caps and how they grow with clean history
- Setup and ongoing fees, all of them, in one document
04Go-live
Day 7-21After signature and KYC, we integrate with your platform, run test transactions and switch on monitoring. Your first settlement follows the schedule in the offer.
- API keys, webhooks and test environment
- 3DS2 and fraud rules configured for your vertical
- Test transactions across your real checkout flow
- Live monitoring from the first transaction
